Cuilcagh Lakelands UNESCO Global Geopark is a UNESCO-designated
landscape located in the north-west of the island of Ireland.

UNESCO Global Geoparks are places where outstanding geological heritage is used to support sustainable development through conservation, education, recreation, community engagement and sustainable tourism.
Our Geological Heritage
In Cuilcagh Lakelands Geopark, our geological heritage of international significance is found in:
- The rock sequences of Cuilcagh Mountain
- The ribbed moraines of the Lough Oughter system
- Fossils at Bellnaleck Quarry
- The Lough Erne water system
